Use liberally as a body fragrance, in diffuser, in bath water or as a massage oil. If for pain or skin disorders apply and massage into affected area, for body fragrance apply to skin including pulse points, rub into skin. Add a small amount to hot bath water to absorb using both senses of smell and touch. If for headache/migraine relief massage into forehead, temples and nape of neck, or pour into diffuser to fill the room with the scent.
